  RIDICULOUS! My son had leg pain in both legs and we're told he could only be seen for one leg at a time because of insurance - ridiculous! My son has both Cigna and Premera (double covered). Sounds like this office just wants to charge twice. My mother takes my children to their doctors appointments if an appointment falls on a work day which is usually the case. I've never had to write a letter to have my mother take them to their doctor appointments any where else until this doctor's office - again, ridiculous. I specifically requested my son see Dr. Hsieh and after he arrives, he is seen by a NP or some assistant who had to keep stepping out to ask the doctor questions. My mother said it reminded her of a medical mill, trying to see to many patients. Then we're told my son needs physical therapy and an MRI. We inadvertently missed his MRI appointment over a holiday weekend and it's a darn good thing we did, because when I called Dr. Hsieh's office after trying to reschedule the MRI and to confirm which leg the MRI was needed for, we're told by the NP that he got with the Imaging Tech after my son's initial appointment and he was wrong about My son needing an MRI. Guess what folks, had we not missed that MRI appointment, we would have paid over $500 out-of-pocket (after insurance) for an MRI my son didn't need. Do you think any of the staff at this office apologized? - Nope! Bet you they wouldn't have paid for that MRI if we hadn't missed it either even though it was a mistake on their part. Then they tell me they want to see my son back in two months - yeah, I don't think so. We'll pass.
