  My husband and I had a horrible experience with Reliance Medical Clinics. We scheduled an intake appointment and when we met with the intake lady she was very unprofessional. She kept asking my husband if he was sure he felt that certain way or if he was just confused. She also tried to diagnose him right then and there. She even got a medical book out and said things like "Well I don't believe you are this (insert condition)." It was a horrible experience! After that she said she would write up notes and give them to the Psychiatrist and they would get back to us. Well, about a month and a half later we got a phone call asking if he still wanted services. In that time we gave up on Reliance and found a better more suitable center to take care of my husband. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!

  Terrible already. Had to call multiple times before anyone answered. No response to any messages I left. I had to practically beg to be seen. I finally get an intake appointment, and start feeling better about the place. Then out of the blue they cancel the new patient appointment claiming he doesn't want to do one on Friday and move me to the end of the month. When I stated that I didn't have enough medication to last that long I was assured I'd be given a refill. I received a call an hour later saying that they won't refill my prescriptions until they've seen me in person (because the intake and having medical records doesn't count) even though it's their fault I'm not being seen. Find anywhere else if possible. Extremely unprofessional.

  Worst possible place to contact to look for any help on issues. I got put on hold and then transferred to a voice mail answering machine for the intake person. The intake person never returned the call and never heard from this outfit again. When I called back, I was told that they couldn't ( read wouldn't ) help me in any way possible. If you're having issues with just trying to stay alive, avoid this place like it never even existed. Even the social worker on the phone couldn't figure it out. WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO CONTACT!!!!!!

  My mother's primary recommended two offices for CBT therapy, we choose this one not knowing anything about it. The counselor Linda is GREAT! however the professionalism of the office staff leaves something to be desired. I have never been to a medical establishment where the reception staff talked, dressed and acted so unprofessional. I mean you are charging a FORTUNE for the services provided can you at least look/act the part???? If I were not the one scheduling the appts for my mom she would not ever get in.....when the automated system calls with a reminder it's a California number. I am so unimpressed with this clinic. The building is beautiful but you'd better be on top of your game and have tons of patience if you plan on attending appts there.
